The location of the accommodation was very convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and several shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room lacked air conditioning, which caused discomfort during the stay. The bathroom was outdated and not very comfortable.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hostel in Santa Cruz. the location was unbeatable with easy access to the town center and the bus terminal. the room was comfortable and tidy. Every morning, I woke up to a delicious breakfast with homemade bread and fresh fruit. the staff was incredibly accommodating and made me feel at home. They went above and beyond, offering valuable advice about local restaurants and attractions. I especially enjoyed the attention to detail with little touches, like sweets, water, and towels always being available.
the WiFi didn't reach my room, and I had to go to the common area to use it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center, bus terminal, and many great restaurants. The staff is incredibly kind, hospitable, and always available to help. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning which included fresh fruit, pastries, and even freshly scrambled eggs upon request. The cleanliness of this hotel is top-notch, and the parking is a nice bonus.
Cannot find any fault.
